Terms of Service LTTSERVICE DESCRIPTIONLIFE TRANSFORMATION TECHNOLOGY (LTT) provides services in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations of the United Arab Emirates. You may use the Services for your business or for internal business purposes within the organization you represent, or as an independent individual user. You may submit a service request using any internet browser. You are responsible for obtaining internet access and the equipment necessary to use the Services.
CHANGES TO THE TERMS OF SERVICEWe may change the Terms by sending you a notice at any time via an informational notice or by sending an email to your primary email address. If we make material changes to the Terms that affect your rights, you will receive notice of the changes at least 30 days in advance by email to your primary email address. You may cease using the Services by sending LTT an email notice within 30 days of receiving the notice of changes to the Terms, if the Terms are changed in a manner that materially affects your rights in connection with the use of the Services. In the event of such termination, you shall be entitled to a proportional refund of the unused portion of any prepaid fees. Your continued use of the Services after the effective date of any changes to the Terms shall constitute your acceptance of the modified Terms.
PERSONAL INFORMATION AND PRIVACYThe personal information you provide to LTT when using the Services is governed by the Privacy Policy. By choosing to use the Services, you agree to the terms of the Privacy Policy. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your financial data and other confidential information. You are responsible for all actions that occur on your behalf and agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your personal data. We shall not be liable for any losses or damages caused to you or any third party incurred as a result of any unauthorized access and/or use of your data, or otherwise.
COMMUNICATIONSThe Services may include certain communications from LTT, such as informational announcements, administrative messages, and newsletters. You agree that such messages shall be considered part of using the Services. As part of our policy to ensure complete confidentiality, we also provide you with the option to opt out of receiving newsletters from us. However, you will not be able to opt out of receiving informational announcements and administrative messages.
DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIESYou expressly understand and agree that your use of the Services is at your sole risk. The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. LTT expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. LTT makes no warranty that the Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. Any material downloaded or otherwise obtained through the use of the Services is done at your own discretion and risk, and you will be solely responsible for any damage to your computer system, mobile phone, wireless device, or data that results from the use of the Services or the download of any such material. No advice or information, whether written or oral, obtained by you from LTT, its employees, or representatives shall create any warranty not expressly stated in the Terms.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITYYou agree that LTT shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or other losses or damages, or for loss of business profits, business interruption, computer failure, loss of business information, or other losses arising out of your use or inability to use the Service, even if LTT has been advised of the possibility of such damages. In no event shall LTT total liability to you in respect of any Service, whether direct or indirect, exceed the fee paid by you for such Service.
